How do I place an order?

Is there a minimum order quantity required?
No, we do not have a minimum order quantity. You can place an order for any quantity of products you desire.

Are the products listed on the ordering page the only options available?
The products listed on our ordering page represent the standard available options that we offer. However, if you have a large order and are looking for something that is not currently offered on our website, we may be able to accommodate your request. How long does it take to receive my customized order?

Typically, it takes approximately 5-21 business days from the time of proof approval to receive your customized products. However, we strive to complete orders as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
When does the production process start for my order?
We initiate the production process for your order only after it has been successfully placed and payment has been made.
How will I be involved in the customization process?
To ensure your satisfaction, we provide digital proofs for your customized design. These proofs are sent to you for feedback and approval before we begin production on your order. This way, you have the opportunity to review and make any necessary adjustments to the design. You can approve your proofs HERE.
Do you have quality control measures in place?
Absolutely! Before producing every order, we conduct a thorough quality control process. We want to ensure that every hat we create meets our strict quality guidelines before it is ready to be shipped to you.
How do I reorder using the same artwork?
To place a reorder using the same artwork, simply click HERE to access your customer portal. There you will see all past orders and can easily reorder with one click. If you can setup you account HERE if needed
What if the hat does not meet the quality standards?
In the rare event that a product does not meet our quality standards, we will not let it go out the door. Our commitment to providing high-quality products means that we will address any issues and make sure your hat meets the expected standards. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
